"Working with Jimmy at Mattress Mart was a great experience. We went to several places that applied "pressure" sales tactics to get us to commit on the spot to buying an overpriced mattress. Jimmy had the best prices and didn't apply any of the sales tactics we felt in the other stores. As mentioned in other reviews he delivered the mattress within a couple hours of us buying it. Jimmy went out of his way to make sure we could get the mattress we wanted, and I'm glad we were able to do business with him." .
"What amazing customer service! This was the fastest and most friendly service I have experienced jimmy knew exactly what I was looking for had it in stock and at a considerably lower cost than the ones on Baltimore pike that the wait could be 3 weeks for box springs! I made the call told him what i needed ,he had it an within 10 minutes I was there and he was out front waiting to load my truck which he did. The entire process took 15 minutes including my drive there. I love to shop local and at smaller businesses to support people like jimmy. Called late in the evening and Jimmy made sure we were taken care. Had the box spring and frame we needed in stock and stayed late to make sure we got it. Always great to support local businesses when the owner is so friendly and helpful!
